色：紫紅，邊緣帶茶色

香：紅果，香料

味：酸度高，酸梅，紅果。過了一陣有些少焦糖，入口帶甜。丹寧已完全融入酒裡。

早幾日去了美酒展，是開放給公眾的最後一日。三時半入場，在展場中行了一陣，試了一些酒後，聞到陣陣烈酒的香氣，原來有烈酒的講座。於是入去聽聽及試下酒，一共試了兩杯白蘭地及四杯威士忌。講座完後已經六時正，有些酒商已收拾細軟，趕住收工。又有好多人站在booth前各自傾計，其他想試酒的人都埋唔到去…….

味：初入口木桶味非常重，鉛筆，然後果味出現，其後又以木桶主導。丹寧適中。

香：初開有話梅味，其後有玫瑰，紅果

味：非常甜美的酒，十分平衡，丹寧幼滑，飲後口腔留有葡萄的味道。

是一支令人停不了口的好酒。

香：青甜椒，西柚，青草，菠蘿

味：酸度適中，青甜椒，青草為主。入口時舌頭感到有些微氣泡。
